Amino acids are the building blocks of proteins. Of the 20 amino acids that make up proteins, nine are considered necessary (essential) and 11 non-essential (non necessary). Essential are those which the body is not able to create its own. They should therefore be obtained either by diet or by supplements respectively.
During training, the muscle protein is cleaved without causing further protein synthesis. This means that the exercise becomes "catabolic", that breaks the body components (amino acids) in order to derive energy.
WARRIORLAB’s Essential Amino Acids contains all 9 essential amino acids, but with particular emphasis on the chain of BCAA and Glutamine. These are the most important in practice because in themselves constitute about 70% of the total amino acids present in the muscles. They are the first collapsed from the first minute of training. So are the first to need the muscular system mainly to continue productive workout and secondly to have a more complete recovery thereafter.
Without stimulants and sugar is the ideal solution for a cool drink before, during or after training.
Take 16g (1 scoop) in cold water before or after training.\r\n
